"Once again the Kips Bay Decorator Show House New York is opening with inspired spaces showing the latest trends and concepts in interior design. A historic townhouse at 20 West 12th Street is the first downtown showcase for the event, and 21 designers have decorated its stylish rooms, garden, and balconies.

Chaired by Alexa Hampton, Bunny Williams, Jamie Drake and Andrew Torrey, and benefitting the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, the house will be open through October 19.
